Organisation

The course is organized in 3 modules

1. Mnemotechnics & Speed Reading
2. Active Mind & Body
3. Living and learning in the net-society

In each of the modules, there you can find several units and also practical worksheets.

Methodology

This is a self-paced course, that means that there is not a strict start or ending. You are free to start from the Module 1 and download the worksheets that you are more interested

We provide a forum where you can participate, share your thoughts and asks your doubts. This is our virtual classroom. Feel free also to present your self and share your data (e-mail or institution) if you wish to collaborate.
