The section called "Community" is designed to allow you to interact with people who are enrolled in the same courses you are enrolled in, to set up discussions or simply to publish your thoughts. It is, therefore, not only an academic tool, but also a social resource.

It is divided into 4 different sections:

  • SOCIAL: You will be able to publish your own thoughts as well as see and comment on your friends' posts. To make it easier for you to understand, it works as a kind of social network (just like Facebook).
  • GROUPS: Here you will find all the groups you are part of. For example, you can create a group to talk about the importance of online training or to share your experiences at Edueca.
  • COURSES: Each group you are enrolled in will appear in the section on courses within the Community. This way, it is much easier to get in touch with your classmates, to clarify doubts or to comment on topics regarding the course.
  • TUTORIES: Here you can request a personal tutorial with the teacher; a one-on-one chat.

Make use of all the advantages that Edueca offers you and take advantage of them!

How to use the community section?

As soon as you enter you will find a blank box with the text "share something with your friends..." you can write whatever you want and those you have as friends will see it. Also on the right side of the page, you will find the search engine. There you can enter your friends' names or email addresses and simply click on the Show profile button to add them to your friends list.

Tip: Visit this part of the community often to see what your friends are thinking or to see if you have any comments. It is interesting because you might come across information that can be useful.

If you want to write something in a course, you'll find it very easy. At the top you will find a box where you can write whatever you want and when you finish you only have to click on the green send button. Remember that everyone who has registered for this course will be able to read your message.

Tip: Many people could have the same doubt as you, since you and the other participants are registered in the same project. That's why we advise you to write down your questions in the courses, so that your colleagues or teacher can answer you or see if someone else has already had your same question and have answered it.

All groups are public (i.e., among the people who are part of them). But if you want to have a talk with your teacher, you can request a private tutorial in the "Tutorials" section.
